Midland – Fredericktown Road Bridge

The temporary steel is shown in place. Installed by Terry Mellott of Mellott Welding and Fabrication and designed by J.B. Riddel and Associates.

J.B. Riddel acted as the consultant to Mellott Welding for the temporary supports and jacking procedure.

The bridge is Pratt Through Truss built in 1893. The bridge was last repaired after a truck hit the mid span column, in the late 1970’s.
